Job Description:

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will design and own the go-to-market strategy for the communications and streaming APIs to drive awareness, preference, adoption, and growth. You will develop product positioning, identify the value proposition, and craft product messaging that tell our story, create urgency, and provoke action. You will create pipeline, accelerate deals, serve as the voice of the customer, identify whitespace opportunities, and influence the product direction/vision of your portfolio of APIs. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, developer relations, and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track KPIs that matter. Monitor ROI for the go-to-market efforts, evaluate, and optimize continuously
  • Partner with marketing to support industry/solutions marketing campaigns, social, paid digital and content, PR/AR, and developer and industry events
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
  • Create compelling customer-facing and sales enablement content, including sales collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, demos, blog posts, website copy, webinars, and email campaigns to help sales create and close pipeline
  • Own release marketing program to support feature releases, new product introductions, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, and branding and naming efforts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters, advanced degree and/or MBA desirable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to operate in ambiguity and create clarity
  • Track record of partnering with product/engineering to fast ramp on new technologies and translate highly technical concepts into ideas that anyone can understand
  • Ability to think and plan strategically, then follow through to execution
  • You enjoy crafting persuasive and authentic stories, can turn a story into a compelling presentation, and are able to articulate complex concepts to inspire creative implementations
  • Data-driven and results-oriented

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of B2B product marketing and/or developer marketing experience. Experience in SaaS/PaaS/cloud technologies strongly preferred
