As the HXM NA Revenue & Demand Generation Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as an integral part of the SAP SuccessFactors Sales Operations Team. Your role centers around three facets: sales play regionalization for HXM North America, Outreach.io platform management, and NA Demand Management. Your goal is to develop, curate, and track campaigns & content to generate pipeline, ensure customer renewals, and capture new HXM logos in North America.





Acting as our internal evangelist, you’ll influence the field with creative storytelling and impactful communications. Your aim is to improve the HXM NA Field Sales Team’s (200+ employees) understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and key differentiators in the market.

Leveraging strong cross-functional relationship and project management skills, you will work cross-functionally with SAP NA Demand Management, HXM global Go-to-Market, HXM NA Marketing, Partners, and Sales Operations to deliver actionable sales motions for SAP SuccessFactors Field Sales Team (AE, CSM, SDR, IMR).

Your commitment to our HXM NA Sales Programs will generate incremental revenue for SAP North America, boost the overall market share growth of the SAP SuccessFactors business, and improve deal conversion rate. This is a highly visible position among a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities



  • Sales Plays – Develop & execute targeted sales programs for the NA SAP SuccessFactors Field Sales Team.
    • Deliver 5-8 high impact sales plays per year to address weakness in pipeline, amplify solution strengths & differentiators, and ensure minimal time to revenue.
      • Work directly with HXM NA Sales Leadership and HXM global Go-to-Market Team to develop and select sales plays for execution in NA.
      • Develop regionalized enablement sessions, identify target territory/account lists, and curate outbound sales content via Outreach.io for the HXM NA Field Sales Team.
      • Design, manage, and promote sales play communications via HXM NA Sales Team SharePoint.
    • Orchestrate activities between HXM Marketing Ecosystem (CMSO, GDCE, and global Go-to-Market) and the HXM NA Field Sales Team by ensuring objectives and deliverables are clear, roles are defined, and deadlines are met.
    • Track, measure, and report outcomes of each sales program regularly to HXM NA Sales Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
  • Outreach.io – Lead Outreach.io enablement, content creation, and reporting efforts for HXM NA.
    • Oversee Outreach.io platform administration for HXM NA.
    • Lead content creation efforts to support marketing events and outbound sales motions.
    • Monitor and track HXM NA Field Sales Team adoption in platform & lead general content reporting efforts.
    • Share & learn best-practices with NA Outreach Leads and other SAP LoB Teams.
    • Launch the “Outreach as a CRM” reboot curriculum in HXM Canada (pilot group). Refine curriculum post-pilot for launch across entire HXM NA Field Sales Team.
  • Demand Management – Serve as the primary NA Demand Management Director (DMD) for HXM NA.
    • Work directly with NA Demand Management Directors (DMDs) in NA MUs to assist SAP Industry positioning.
    • Deliver targeted, tactical sales plays recommendations to SAP NA IAEs based on their specific industry focus areas.
    • Act as a thought partner in territory planning conversations with NA DMDs & HXM NA RVPs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years working experience, varied backgrounds are desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to keep track and follow up on many threads simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communicator with strong empathy and ability to motivate individuals and established teams.
  • A high-trust, self-starter individual who collaborates well in cross-functional & matrixed environments.
  • Thorough understanding of traditional & digital marketing approaches and market research methods.
  • Demonstratable content curation experience.
    • Outreach.io reporting and content creation experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
