Job Description:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Enablement Manager on the Communications Platform Growth team, you will allow GTM teams to more effectively use Square’s multiple communication tools. You will empower GTM teams to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and marketing performance by creating training and learning resources. You will also work with platform vendors, automation teams, and other operations teams to improve processes, advocate for the internal customer experience, and develop a strategy for the creation and adoption of training and content.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and collect data to measure the efficacy of resources; promote adoption and consistent use of tools; evaluate and rollout new enablement platforms
  • Pursue a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing goals and design solutions to address the evolving needs of partners
  • Work with marketing platform vendors to influence road map to support Square’s technical needs and our goals
  • Maintain channel health by completing QA processes and guardrails that minimize content and targeting errors

Job Requirements:

  • Project management skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and deliver results in an environment of nascency and change
  • Understanding of customer lifecycles and lifecycle marketing needs

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing operations or enablement management
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved with marketing automation platforms
