- “Big 4” consulting experience
- 7+ years of program management experience in a technology-oriented organization; experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm
- Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle and public cloud technologies
- Strong ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and communicate impacts to timeline, scope and costs
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to run cross functional meetings

What You’ll Do
You will lead and manage large-scale, complex initiatives for Cloud by McKinsey’s global clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas – client relationship management, program management and team leadership. You will develop and manage senior level client relationships and identify stakeholders. You will develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and activities as well as develop strategies to deepen Cloud by McKinsey’s relationships within established accounts. You will establish and conduct “insight and discovery” projects that set the stage for cloud implementations and maintain close engagement and insights into client’s business issues and emerging trends. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategies that engage the broad Cloud by McKinsey team and leverage team relationships. You’ll lead Cloud by McKinsey’s efforts across the client organization to identify, scope and deliver cloud projects and programs. You will manage client expectations and communicate value of Cloud by McKinsey’s delivery. You will develop executive level discussion documents and other materials to further conversations on helping solve client issues.
You will scope, plan and resource client cloud projects and draft/execute statements of work. You will work with client business stakeholders to manage multiple concurrent work streams and initiatives. You will also work with client business stakeholders to define objectives, strategy, requirements and timelines of the specific initiatives. You will regularly communicate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. You will determine project financial targets in order to establish funding and resource requirements as well as anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to delay the progress of the initiative. You will assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution, identify consultant resource levels and skills required for specific initiatives. You will oversee consultant resources including monitoring and tracking performance. Lastly, you will provide feedback to team members on the content and quality of deliverables as well as professional and career development.
You will provide leadership and team management of Cloud by McKinsey consultants on the specific team. You will serve as the “face” of Cloud by McKinsey to client business stakeholders and will maintain visibility on all programs and projects assigned to you. You will be the escalation point of contact for any risks/issues requiring high-level attention and will ensure successful execution and efficient management of all Cloud by McKinsey programs and projects including financial management, forecasting/budgeting, resource allocation and SOW creation. Lastly, you will track and report on program/project level metrics to report to Cloud by McKinsey leadership and ensure contractual compliance. You will monitor contractual obligations, managing changes as appropriate.

We will continue to bring our deep industry and functional expertise to cloud projects and Candid Partners’ distinctive assets will be incorporated into the work processes, including their Matter platform, which assists in planning, provisioning and managing cloud security compliance.
You will work closely with the client business stakeholders, third party vendors and Cloud by McKinsey consultants in managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to clients.
